To make a booking you will need to fill in our application form.

You can come to China with Sinoquest anytime throughout the year. It is recommended, but not essential, that you give us at least 8 weeks notice in advance of the date that you would like to visit so that all necessary arrangements can be made.
Application process
- Fill in the application form.
- Send us the following documents -
- Completed application form
- Deposit of £200
- N.B. If you e-mail your application form to us, your cheque for the deposit made payable to "Sinoquest" must reach us not later than 10 days after your e-mail of the form.
- Once we have received and processed your Application Form, we will confirm your booking and send you the following:
- Our welcome letter, including confirmation of the courses you have enrolled upon.
- Visa Information: full instructions on how to apply for your China travel Visa.
- Your Safety Leaflet: China is a very safe country, but it always helps to follow some simple safety rules to ensure that your trip runs smoothly. So Sinoquest has compiled a small leaflet of important safety tips which we will send to you before you leave.
- Please note that the balance of the application costs are payable 8 weeks before your placement start date.
Cancelling
We will only cancel your application when we receive instructions in writing from you. Cancellation is effective from the day we receive this notification, and subject to the following charges:- Cancellation more than 8 weeks prior to departure date – full refund of deposit less £50 administration fee.
- Cancellation between 2 and 8 weeks prior to your departure date - we retain half of our basic charge – please note this does not include any travel costs, which are your responsibility.
- If you cancel within 2 weeks of your departure date, we are afraid we cannot make any refund.
